As a Registered Nurse, I will be the eyes and ears for you and your loved ones. Feel confident that you and your family members have support and advocacy from a professional medical representative.
I will implement a "team approach" to your well-being by coordinating initial and ongoing medical appointments with required follow-up activities like physical and/or occupational therapy needs.
I also provide transportation to and from medical appointments and scheduled procedures.
